When is the Nutrien Fireworks Festival?

The Festival is being postpoed to Saturday, February 13th, and Sunday, February 14th - Leading up to Family Day. This action is in response to curb the spread of COVID-19 and keep our communities safe for the long term.

Where is the Nutrien Fireworks Festival?

The Nutrien Fireworks Festival takes place in beautiful downtown Saskatoon, SK at River Landing 1, as well as the Rotary Park.

What time does it start?

Entertainment and attractions get underway at 5:00 pm both days at Rotary Park and River Landing 1. The firework displays are set for 9:30 pm on each night.

What is the festival doing in response to COVID-19?

We are working on a plan to help curb the spread of COVID-19 and keep our attendees safe. Please refer to our website closer to the event date and we will provide details at that time.

How do I get there?

City transit will be operating buses on the normal Saturday and Sunday schedules. Please visit City of Saskatoon Transit for route information.

There are a number of parking lots around the main festival area. For those that need to drive, please consider carpooling! And please, plan a safe ride home.

What is there to do at the Festival?

The Nutrien Fireworks Festival music, dancing, food, drinks, live entertainment, and of course . . . Fireworks!! There will be activities happening at Rotary Park so make sure to come out early in time to check everything out!

What should I wear?

Many of the festival events and activities will take place outside, so please dress for cold weather. Wear warm comfortable shoes for walking. Bring extra layers to keep warm as the sunsets.

Is there seating provided?

Seating at the Rotary Park is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We suggest bringing lawn chairs, blankets, etc. to make yourself comfortable somewhere on the grass for all festival areas.

Is there food at the Festival?

There will be a number of vendors selling food and beverages at the festival. Click here to see an updated list of vendors.

Are there children’s activities at the Festival?

Is the Fireworks Festival a non profit community event?

Yes! The Saskatoon Fireworks Festival is incorporated as a non-profit corporation. We work closely with our partners and sponsors to provide a FREE community event for all to enjoy!

Is there somewhere to warm up?

Since our event is held outdoors, almost all activities take place outside. There will be some warm-up spots. Check our site map for indoor locations.
